Metal Fabrication

It can sometimes be challenging to a client when trying to bring an idea to life & not having the correct resources. Well, luckily for you we have the answer to your problem!! typically I (Erik) start with designing the project on cad. I always charge a small fee for my cad drawings before the process is begun. Once the drawings are done and the customer is fully satisfied I start the process of getting the steel from a local supplier, then cutting the steel down and piecing the project together on my build pro max welding table with the tolerance flatness of 0.005 24 x 24, guaranteeing our customer with a high quality product! We give the option of welding your project together with the mig welder or tig welder. This all depends on the customers request and the type of material that is used for the job. (Aluminum, stainless, chromoly, or mild steel). Some fabrication jobs don’t require drafting or cad designs. A lot of parts & custom pieces that have come through the shop were built by hand!
